On April 25, 2024, the Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv Charitable Foundation completed an important stage of assistance to the displaced persons of the Dvorichna community of the Kupiansk district of the Kharkiv region. Thanks to the support of our international partners from the organization Action contre la Faim (France), IDPs received certificates for products in the ATB store. Each family member received UAH 400, allowing them to purchase the necessary goods for everyday life.
Support for IDPs for three months
We are pleased to announce that the issuance of certificates will continue for another three months, thanks to the continued support of Action Contre la Faim (France). This assistance will be a huge help for families who were forced to leave their homes due to hostilities. In conditions of instability and uncertainty, such initiatives become a salvation for IDPs, helping them adapt and provide themselves with the necessary products.
The importance of assistance for displaced persons
The lives of families who are faced with the need to leave their homes are full of difficulties. They need support at all levels, from finding housing to adapting to a new environment. Thanks to food certificates, they can at least partially relieve themselves of the burden of having to look for funds for food every day. Support from Action Contre la Faim (France) – This is not just material assistance. This is a gesture of solidarity that inspires and supports the spirit of people who have remained in difficult conditions. The IDPs express their sincere gratitude for the resources provided and hope that the kindness with which this assistance was provided will be returned a hundredfold to our international partners.
