A Heartwarming Holiday Celebration in Kharkiv
On December 6th, the charitable organization Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv hosted a heartwarming celebration for displaced children from the Dvurechansk community. As the season of giving approaches, the event became a symbol of hope and resilience for families affected by war. The highlight of the day? A surprise visit from St. Nicholas himself, bringing gifts and smiles to every child.

The Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv kitchen of kindness prepared a delicious spread for the children: pizza, freshly baked pastries, cookies, and plant-based sweet bars donated by our generous partners at SunFill. Warm tea accompanied the treats, providing comfort on a chilly winter day.
But the real magic happened when St. Nicholas arrived, carrying gift bags filled with sweets, toys, and other surprises.
