Celebrating Women Volunteers in Rural Communities

On March 18, the Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv Foundation visited the villages of Baranove, Khvorostovo, and Rohivka in the Bohodukhiv district. The team awarded certificates and gifts to outstanding female volunteers for their commitment and service:

Children of displaced families from the Dvorichanska hromada received:

A fun computer literacy class on brand-new computers donated by Food Bank Ukraine (March 14).
Art therapy sessions as part of the “The Power Within Me” project, in partnership with Global 2000 Foundation for Children of Ukraine (March 12).

These efforts support the psychological and emotional recovery of children affected by war and displacement.

Food Aid, Community Meals, and Humanitarian Support

Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv remained a pillar of support for IDPs throughout Kharkiv region:

March 6 & 10: Distribution of food packages in partnership with Zorya Myloserdiya Charitable Foundation.
March 2 & 3: Maslenitsa Week celebrated with pancakes and hot tea at Petro-Pavlivskyi Church, in cooperation with the Kyivskyi District Administration.
March 5: The foundation provided hot pastries and tea to municipal workers clearing debris after a rocket strike.
