Today, on October 25, the Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv Charitable Foundation reopened its doors to young guests – children from displaced families and residents of the Dvorichna community of the Kupiansk district. It was a day full of joy, laughter and pleasant surprises for the children and their parents. The children’s faces shone with smiles, because each of them was waiting for gifts and many activities that allowed them to forget about the difficulties and plunge into the atmosphere of the holiday.
Games, fun and sweets: an unforgettable day for children
At first, all children were waiting for a fun game program, prepared by a professional animator, who not only entertained the kids, but also immersed them in the world of games and fun. Team games and contests were prepared for each child, where everyone could prove themselves, compete with friends and make new acquaintances. The animator managed to create a truly festive atmosphere, and everyone present, regardless of age, joined the process. Fun relay races, quests and riddles filled the playground with laughter and zeal, and the children gladly participated in each activity, regaining their strength and gaining confidence in their new surroundings.
Partner support: a gift from Food Bank Ukraine
An important element of the event was sweet gifts for children, provided by our reliable partner Food Bank Ukraine. Thanks to their humanitarian aid, children’s favorite treats appeared on the festive table. Delicious pizza, fragrant pies and sweets created a feeling of a real holiday and became a delicious addition to the program. The gifts were chosen with care so that each child felt the attention and warmth that is so important to feel in difficult moments.
We express our deep gratitude to the Food Bank Ukraine team for their invaluable contribution and constant support. Thanks to their help, such activities are made possible and children from affected families can smile again and enjoy their childhood.
