Until 05.05.2025, we are collecting $ 900 for a Fornetti 9080k oven (used) with a proofer for baking pies in the Kitchen of Kindness
Friends, we are addressing you with an important request for help! In our Kitchen of Kindness, we prepare hundreds of pies every day for our defenders on the front lines, displaced persons, children and the wounded in hospitals. However, due to sudden power outages, we are not always able to complete the baking process. There have been times when we threw away half-baked pies with pain in our hearts, losing not only food but also the time and effort of our chefs. To avoid such situations and guarantee fresh and tasty pies in any conditions, we are raising funds for the purchase of a convection oven with a Fornetti 9080k proofer. This stove works perfectly from a generator, which is especially important in conditions of unstable power supply.
Why is this important?
Every pie made in our kitchen is not just a meal. This is a piece of warmth, care and support for those who need help now. Our volunteers and chefs put their heart and soul into each dish, but without reliable equipment that can work in blackout conditions, we will not be able to ensure a constant supply of food for those in need.
